- Normally once we received your full payment, parcel will be sent out on next day.
If using Courier Service generally reach within 1-2 working days within Malaysia.
Please take note that custom clearance issues may result to a delay.
Our customer services will email the tracking number after the parcel delivery is processed.

- Returns/exchanges are only done on a case-by-case basis and must be done within 7 working days.
For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
- All returned products must be unworn and unwashed.
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal value.
- A full refund will be made if the defected item is out of stock.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of customer.

Return policy for Dead Stock pieces:
- Our apologies, but currently our dead stock all sales item are final. No returns or exchanges.
- Due to the nature of dead stock garments, there may be slight wear and tear due to age. Any major flaws will be noted in the description.
- Dead stock is a unique, one-of-a-kind vintage piece. Please read item description and measurements carefully prior to purchasing. - Payment
- Please kindly make payment within 24hrs after your order confirmation is received.
Orders is not valid if payment is not made within 24hrs.
